We all have A LOT of responsibilities. In the race to get all of them done, we sometimes burn out, get hurt, get sick or even worse. I've learned recently that productivity is a balancing act --- there's a healthy dose and a toxic dose. I've experienced this firsthand and have learned a few things along the way.
Today, I'm sharing four specific, personal learnings to help you avoid the burnout and frustration that being over productive can cause. Let's get back into a healthy balance of productivity, together.
